• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method with no additional fees.

2. Conditions for Returns
Goods must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

• Purchased within the last 7 days.
• In original packaging.

Exceptions:

• Customized or personalized goods.
• Perishable items or goods with an expired date.
• Unsealed goods that pose health or hygiene risks.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.

Note: Vayun Ecommerce reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Returning Goods

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.
